SUPPORT MASSIVE GROWTH
With recently expanded space, we’re ready for the next phase of growth at Stacks with the goal of doubling current membership.
You’ll play a major role in bringing that growth to life. You’ll work with the Stacks Co. Founder and Business Development Manager to execute on a membership curation strategy, translating fun and big ideas into real member acquisition. You’ll welcome members and develop an unprecedented community enabling the success of a new wave of startups, digital nomads, and beyond.

This is a part-time, unpaid internship for a set term of up to 6 months.
The intern will work closely with the Stacks Co. Founder and/or the Community and Business Development Manager in collaboration with other interns to support the following areas.
Execute on customer acquisition strategy with unique and engaging tactics
Provide tours to prospective coworking members
Create and coordinate social media and web posts to attract new members and event space customers
Build meaningful and supportive relationships with current and new members
Constantly seek ways to improve members’ experience and enable their business by collecting and acting on feedback
Help promote and run fun monthly happenings to encourage member connection
Effectively handle member and guest needs (sign-ups, invoicing, booking questions, parking, coffee, water, etc.)
Address office services/maintenance needs
Keep Stacks looking spiffy with day-to-day setup and cleanup tasks
Support setup, running, and breakdown for large meetings and events
Who we’re looking for:
You are growth-minded, with ambition to contribute to and share in the success of a business.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your objectives.
You are keen to be in a startup environment, with proximity and opportunity to learn from people working on big ideas.
Your verbal and written communication skills are top notch and concise.
You’re a gracious host with high emotional intelligence. You can are respectful of others needs.
You are tech savvy, adept with social media, G Suite, A/V equipment, and can quickly pick up and apply new technologies and platforms to enable outcomes.
