LEAD MASSIVE GROWTH
With recently expanded space, we’re ready for the next phase of growth at Stacks with the goal of doubling current membership.
You’ll be the driver of that growth. You’ll define the membership curation strategy and translate fun and big ideas into real member acquisition. You’ll welcome members and develop an unprecedented community enabling the success of a new wave of startups, digital nomads, and beyond.

Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy with unique and engaging tactics
Successfully source and sign on new coworking members
Actively grow the member referral program
Coordinate and execute weekly pop up events to engage new members
Build meaningful and supportive relationships with current and new members
Constantly seek ways to improve members’ experience and enable their business by collecting and acting on feedback
Organize creative and fun monthly events to encourage member connection
Coordinate discount programs to connect members with local restaurants, bars, and other local businesses
Identify and implement new programs and opportunities to add more value to the Stacks experience
Effectively handle members’ needs (sign-ups, invoicing, booking questions, parking, door codes, etc.)
Address all office services/maintenance needs
Anticipate and respond to member needs
Manage and mentor a remote intern to enable community development and member engagement
Who we’re looking for:
You are growth-minded, with ambition to contribute to and share in the success of a business.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your objectives. You love working from a blank canvas.
You are keen to be in a startup environment, with proximity and opportunity to learn from people working on big ideas.
You go the extra mile for customers, constantly finding ways to delight and enable their success.
You are a self-starter who excels in both independent and team settings, sets goals and does what it takes to achieve them.
Your verbal and written communication skills are top notch and concise.
You’re a gracious host with high emotional intelligence. You can read and respect other’s needs in the moment.
You are tech savvy, adept with social media, G Suite, A/V equipment, and can quickly pick up and apply new technologies and platforms to enable outcomes.
